Kids have busy minds too! A day full of activities, feelings, and interactions can make it hard to settle down and sleep! This special meditation is suitable for children of all ages. It is full of lots of slow breathing, yawning, and slllloooooowwwww turtle metaphors. We know that yawning and slow breathing are contagious….so we made sure to do lots of these in the meditation.
I created this meditation with my daughter Hailey because she loves guided meditation to help her sleep. We decided to use a turtle because they are so slow.
We are also passionate about the animals and the environment, so we wanted to highlight the Turtle which is an endangered species!
